We are looking for an 8 month committment that includes 1 monthly meeting and additional sub-committe meetings based around your schedule. This can be virtual or in person. Think this opportunity is right for you? Signup below!
Fundraising (Abundance!): Secure small business and corporate sponsorships, organizational support, gifts and private donations to meet our matching grant requirement Creative Engagement (Plan Layers of FUN): Program lawn activation, pre/post-concert & intermission activities, and interactive family arts activities Community Outreach (Deepen our Impact): Develop and steward relationships with community partners, explore opportunities for new relationships with groups with mission alignment, support artist educational outreach activities Market + Vendors (Amplify our Entrepreneurs): Recruit and coordinate arts & crafts, community service booths, and partner & sponsor booth space, explore opportunity for kids market, oversee all vendor communications and on-site vendor check-in Nourishment (Feed The People): Coordinate food trucks, liaise with kids meal partners, ensure artist meals meet dietary preferences and rider requirements Volunteer Coordinator (Organize The People): Recruit, train and schedule on-site event volunteers, help plan volunteer thank you party and perks, support the Levitt planning committee with other volunteer needs as identified Sustainability (Leave It Better Than We Found It): Develop zero waste goals, implementation plans, and staff training manual, lead volunteer training, foster community relationships that can support our zero waste efforts |
